I was craving for this when I was still pregnant. But that time I didn't know where to get it from. I've never seen it at Econsave or Max Value or even at 7 E.

Found it last night at Tesco, finally! And the taste…yummy…

Cendol

Keliurnya tengok gambar cendol ni.... tetiba lak mengidam nak makan cendol... lambatnya nak balik kampung... last year masa balik, sempat gi Rantau Panjang jap ngan ma dan adik, so dapatla merasa cendol... seedaap.... hihihi... jauhnyer kena 'merantau' baru dapat makan cendol... huhuhu.... balik kampung nanti, nak makan puas2 (^^) insya Allah, mudah2an ada rezki....

Normally, time balik kampung jer boleh makan jeli kelapa ni coz kat sana ada jual kat tepi2 jalan. Kat sini cam takder orang jual sangat. Tapi tak tahulah kot2 kat area2 lain ada. Sekali makan takleh stop, sedap sangat2. Lagi2 kalau baru keluarkan dari fridge. Menyelerakan (^^)....

Cool Refreshment!!

Blended mango & ice blended bandung

How much does it cost for a glass of ice blended? Around RM3-5. Right? So, why waste your money? Just do it yourself. It's so simple.... a piece of cake! Plus, you'll get whatever flavour you like, whenever you want or how many glasses...

These I made for my kids (and of course for hubby and me too).... last week I think... It was refreshing.... yummy.... better than the one you get from outside...

Wanna try? Get some mangos, cut into pieces, put it in the blender, put some chilled water, some sweetened milk, then blend! Put some ice cubes if you like. Voila!

Ice blended? Put some ice cubes in a cup (a lot, 3/4 cup), some fruit juice (your favourite flavor), some water (just to 'move' the blender) and blend! Try it!

Had this for berbuka one day (side dish), and another day for 'moreh' at home (^_^).... the kids asked for it.... and today?? perhaps.... huhuhu.... didn't matter though, as long as the kids (Aisyah and Amal) are happy and willingly to keep on fasting till the end.... insya Allah....

Sometimes, I don't really prefer to prepare this myself coz it might get overcooked if not being careful (ie. leave it unattended in the wok to attend the kids).... and you know how it looks like when it's overcooked (hangus)... and the taste.... eee.... but now that I have my beloved Pressure Cooker.... hehehe.... I'm ready to prepare anything.... just keep it coming boyz and gurlz.... mama is on the 'move'.... \^^/

What's so special about the PC? This is what :

~ No more 'burning' food coz so far, if I let the fries unattended in the PC, it won't get overcooked, which would normally be when using normal wok.

~ Save lots of cooking time ie. Nasi Beriyani cooked in just 7-8 mins! Wow!!

~ Craving for fried rice but not in the mood to get messy? No worries coz I'm able to prepare it in a jiffy and without a fuss coz the PC does it all!!

Simple Sandwich

Pizza or Lasagna?

When I was looking for a recipe at myresipi, I accidently run into this unbelievable easy-to-make pizza recipe.

Knowing that my kids would surely love it, I made one last night.

Hubby was a bit confused by its look though. He was sure that it looks much more like Lasagna than a pizza. But that doesn't matter coz after having a bite, he loves it! And so do the kids... Alhamdulillah...

The recipe was actually called Upside-down Pizza. But I wanna rename it because I did a slight change to the recipe, I wanna call it Pizza Tunggang Terbalik... hahaha... just kidding... but I did change the ingredients for the topping just to suite my taste... enjoy...

I've seen this a lot lately... I know that my kids would love it... tempted to try but didn't have the recipe. But as usual, thanks to myresipi I finally got it, Alhamdulillah...

1st trial, not so bad huh... and as per expected, the kids love it, my hubby too (^^)

Homemade Ice Cream... yummy!!

Kids LOVE ice cream. Who doesn't? Everyone does, right? But to buy some everyday... huhuhu...

So, to solve the matter, I've googled a recipe for homemade ice cream. Syukur I found it here. Lots of choices.

The best thing about the site is that 90% of the recipe found turns out good! Enjoy...

1st trial... notice the texture is not smooth? well, that's because I took it out from the freezer couples of time to check on it before it hardens (wasn't being really patient... hehehe)

but the taste... yummy!! the texture should be nice if I took it out only after it hardens.....

Mmmmm..... Aisyah asked me to make strawberry flavored one, her favorite....

Best thing about the net - I'm able to look for recipes I desire, and the recipes are great!! Syukur....

Homemade Chocolate - NZ ChocolateLovers

It's 3:44am and I'm not yet asleep coz I've just finished making these... cute isn't it? heheh...

Actually I have few orders of chocolate oreos from hubby's office mate and I couldn't make it this morning coz I was attending a Beauty Clinic (will talk about it later ya!). Then, I had to wait till all my kids are asleep before getting started. If not, who knows what would happen... huhu...

Then, to fill up my time, I started my second project, Homemade Chocs... this is actually my second trial. The first one was quite a failure coz I made it according to the recipe I got from the net. This time, I took an advice from a shopkeeper. It was nice of her to share with me the recipe. No need to attend a class, heheh... Not that I don't want to, but for the time being, still have no opportunity to attend any baking class, have to learn from books... huhu...

Anyway, the chocs turn out to be good. Finally, something worth of trying... syukur Alhamdulillah...

Upin Ipin & Ben 10 For Fathi

Previously, Disney Princesses for my 3 little princesses... now, Upin Ipin and Ben 10 for my little prince charming... :)

But of course, Fathi has only 4 teeth, therefore, he can't eat these... poor Fathi... huhuhu... but don't worry, nothing is going to waste coz his 'cece' (including my hubby) will gladly, voluntarily, finish it for him... :P

Homemade Chocolate

I've been searching for chocolate recipes for ages... and finally... my own homemade chocolate! Since my kids love chocolates so much, I would save a lot by making my own... hehehe... here's my first attempt... enjoy...

though it doesn't look so nice, but the kids love it!... need to improve the technique a bit...

need to work on the design... hmm....

Not bad for a first timer ey... googled the recipe in the net... pretty easy, no need to take a course... but to gain the knowledge and better technique, it's better to attend a course... me? I'll stick to the books and the net for the time being, but will surely attend a course one day... now, I just wanna focus on my kids, job and business coz that's what important to me...

Lau Lin Oh Lau Lin... Yummy!!

Yeay!! It's DURIAN time!! My favorite fruit is back! This is what I've been waiting for. Syukur Alhamdulillah I'm already 7 months pregnant, it means I can enjoy eating 'Lau Lin' a.k.a Durian... yum... yum... ^_^

bought packed ones coz it's cheaper... RM10/kilo is way too expensive... huhu

Don't know what type this one is, but don't care much, as long as it tastes good and I enjoy eating it... hehe
